Dan Cosgrove Animal Shelter Commission has proposed a ban on the sale of puppies :

40 Beagles have been saved from Lab Testing. A closing lab in Spain meant 40 Beagles who had spent their entire lives behind bars and being tested on would need to find homes fast or be euthanized.
