Elephants across the world, in Africa and Asia, desperately need our help to avoid extinction. But there are also elephants in trouble even closer to home. These are the elephants trapped in inhumane captivity, forced to perform for our “entertainment” despite the tolls it takes on their physical and mental health.

These are the elephants whose misery many Americans just don’t want to see or acknowledge. And it takes a brave and passionate kind of person to take a stand for them.
